Entry Fee:
For School events: 1000/- per Team
For age group events: 400/- per participant
For Rapid events: 250/- per participant
For Open tournaments: 600/- per participant
(Women & Seniors)
For Blitz 100/-per participant

Entries will be accepted only until 1 hour before start of the tournament; thereafter a fine of 100/- rupees will be imposed, so please submit your entry well in advance to avoid last minute rush and late fees.
DCA Registration Fee of Rs. 50/- is compulsory for all participants. Participation Certificates will be given to all participants on 30th Apr 2010.
Valid age proof (in original with address proof) must be submitted along with entry fee. Any wrong information regarding age can result in expulsion and ban from Delhi tournaments. We'll not accept the entry fee with age proof certificate.
Rules & Regulations
a. The tournament will be conducted as per latest FIDE laws of Chess and Swiss system.
b. All the individuals and schools from N.C.R. (National Capital Region) can participate in the above-mentioned events.
c. There will be three sections for school team events: Under 10, Under-15 & Under-19 age groups. A school team Apr comprise of both boys and girls and consist of minimum 4 players and maximum 6 players (4+2 reserve). A school can send any number of entries in all age groups.
d. In case of tie, Bucholz system will be used.
e. The interpretation on any point not covered under these rules, shall be referred to the Appeal Committee headed by Tournament Director and its decision will be binding on all the participants. Protests, if any, shall be made within 30 minutes of the occurrence of the incident along with a fee of Rs. 500/- which will be refunded in case the appeal is upheld. No protests will be entertained after the start of the next round.
f. Smoking is strictly prohibited & Cell Phones are not allowed in Tournament hall.
g. Total Number of rounds for age group events will be decided on the basis of total entries and days can be changed accordingly.
h. Delhi school teams event and age group rapid events are not selection events to represent Delhi in National Tournaments.
i . Any misconduct or indecent behavior Apr result in expulsion from tournament. Parents are not allowed inside tournament hall.
